The excellence of Goodstone is built through teamwork — a select group of professionals who deliver personalized service and an unforgettable guest experience. As a Part-Time Guest Services Representative, you’ll be one of the first to welcome guests and ensure their stay exceeds expectations. You’ll assist with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries while maintaining a warm, professional, and proactive presence throughout each interaction.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver exceptional guest service at all times, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Handle guest reservations and inquiries promptly and courteously, answering the phone with professionalism.
  • Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately using the Maestro and Aloha systems.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with Concierge Services to arrange guest experiences on and off the property.
  • Uphold the highest standards of accuracy, security, and confidentiality of guest information.
  • Communicate effectively and positively with team members and management.
  • Adhere to attendance and appearance standards and arrive to work on time as scheduled.
  • Assist in promoting on-site amenities and upsell guest experiences when appropriate.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience and achieve overall service excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
